Booking Policies

  • Event date can be secured with 25% deposit of total package price. 
  • Total package price due within 20 days of event date.
  • Events  outside a 50 mile radius of central Phoenix are subject to a travel fee.
  • Cancellation Policy: Things happen - we get it. Cancellations communicated 30 days before event date ensure a fully refunded deposit
